Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Shri Narendra Modi is on Delhi visit today to address three campaign rallies for party.

In his first campaign rally today Shri modi said he has been to various states for party campaign, and he feels this time the elections are not being contested by political parties, their supporters and their candidates, but the polls are bring fought by the people, and when voters themselves contest polls, it is considered the best situation for democracy.

Shri Modi said election is a festival of democracy and occasion for public education when politicians visit people and give account of work done during their tenure. So in Chhattisgarh Dr. Raman Singh went on 7,000 km long yatra and visited villages to give account of his work. Similarly in Madhya Pradesh, Shri Shivrajsinh Couhan was on thousands of km long yatra for two months to tell what he had done for the state, but in Rajasthan and Delhi one can see Congress party’s arrogance touching sky. They are just not ready to give account of the work done. Big people in Delhi don’t visit people and stay away from giving the account of works done. They fear people. They go to Rajasthan, MP, Chhattisgarh, but are short of strength when it comes to Delhi.

-They don’t speak about price hike. Morarji Desai and Atalji govts didn’t allow inflation. Congress and inflation are well connected. They say they don’t want to learn economics from Modi. O.K. but they can always learn it from PV Narsimha Rao or Atalji. Both dignitaries realized common man’s problems. Present PM’s bookish knowledge destroyed the nation. What did these intellectual people do? PM’s planning commission said one who spends more than Rs. 26 is not poor.

-They first said it is not government’s job to sale onion, but then they themselves started selling it because of elections. I wonder how election commission helped them?

-Congress has nothing to do with governance. They believe that five years long power is just for vote bank politics and manipulations. Like diabetes harms body from inside, bad governance has eaten up the body from inside.

-Like Korea, Brand India could have been established during Commonwealth games, but they were sunk deep in corruption and they lost the chance.

-There are rumors spread here that electricity in Gujarat is costlier than Delhi(Modi gave details of per unit cost in Delhi and Gujarat). And Sheilaji doesn’t need to give power to farmers, we in Gujarat supply power to farmers too at affordable rates.

-For everything they keep saying that they give acts. Tomorrow there may be acts even to breath and drink water.

-I want to assure ‘Yamunaa paar’ people that our CM candidate Harsh Vardhan is one of them and he understands their problems.
