GC Murmu, Vijay Nehra appointed in CM office, Rajesh Manjhu shifted to Finance

Gandhinagar, 2 June, 2014

Following are three developments at highest offices of Gujarat government:

–Shri GC Murmu, IAS( Gujarat cadre 1985) is appointed as Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sachivalaya, Gandhiangar with effect from 22 May 2014, the date on which he assumed the charge of that post.

–Shri Vijay Nehra, IAS (Gujarat cadre 2001) is appointed as Secretary to Chief Minister, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar with effect from 22 May, 2014 i.e. the date on which he assumed the charge of that post.

–Rajesh Manjhu, IAS( Gujarat cadre 2004) Collector, Gir Somnath is transferred and appointed as Joint Secretary to Government(Budget), Finance department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar.

Note: Though not mentioned in official note, K.Kailashnathan has been appointed as Principal Chief Secretary in Chief Minister’s office.
