Gujarat govt approves 10 TP schemes of Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat

Chief Minister Anandiben Patel has approved 10 Town Planning(TP) schemes of Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara and Surat.
This includes: Ahmedabad Draft TP scheme no.3(Sanand) and 76/B(Chandkheda), Gandhinagar Draft TP scheme no. 9(Vasna Hadmatia-Sargasan-Uvarsad-Tarapur-Vavol), 3 preliminary TP schemes Ahmedabad’s no. 83(Aslali-2) and 77 (Hathijan-3) and Vadodara scheme no.1(Bhayali).
Four final schemes approved are Ahmedabad TP scheme no. 27(Vejalpur), 47(Saijpur Bogha), 3(Vejalpur second varied) and Surat’s no.10(Pal).
With approval of Draft TP schemes, Municipal Corporations and Urban Development Authorities will be able to start roads, water supply, drainage and other infrastructural activities for public.
With approval to preliminary TP schemes, Municipal Corporations and Urban Development Authorities will get final plots for various public causes.
With approval to Final TP, Municipal Corporations, Urban Development Authorities will be able to complete incremental contribution works.
