To mark his Surat debut anniversary, diamond baron to host Morari Bapu’s katha

On 50th anniversary of his migration to Surat, diamond baron Govindbhai Dholakia will host Ram Katha of Morari Bapu in Surat during 7-15 February at SRK sports complex on Katargam road.
Ram Katha time has been fixed as 9.30 am – 1.00 pm. About 1-1.5 lakh people will attend the katha event.
Sharing the details of Ram Katha, Shri Govindbhai said that families with highest number of girl child will be given privilege of becoming host of Pothiyatra. Those having more than three daughters will be made chief guest of Pothiyatra.
Various awareness drives will kick off 15 days before starting of katha. This includes cleanliness drive, traffic awareness drive, beti bachao, vyasan mukti, environment awareness etc.
On 11 February, 151 daughters of needy families from economic weak class will tie the nuptial knot in a mass wedding function hosted by katha organizers. Shri Morari Bapu will bless the daughters.
