Low-cost airline IndiGo has said it will add eight new flights to its domestic network from tomorrow with additional daily services from Delhi to Chennai, Vadodara and Lucknow.
IndiGo will also connect Srinagar to Chennai with the introduction of its first daily flight via Delhi, the airline said in a release today.
It will launch its first daily non-stop flight between Lucknow and Hyderabad tomorrow.
The addition of eight new services would take the total number of flights operated by the IndiGo to 633, the release said.
With 633 daily flights connecting 38 destinations, these new flights will allow corporate and leisure travellers to experience the on-time performance, and further consolidate IndiGo’s position as the fastest growing airline in India, it said.
“In line with our endeavour to meet the requirements of both business and leisure travellers, IndiGo has commenced these new frequencies at affordable fares, which will provide even more flexibility of choice for our customers, and connect these destinations across India,” IndiGo president Aditya Ghosh said in the release.
