Students who took their exams from Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) this year can receive their results through a SMS. To avail the results students have to pre-register by sending a SMS hsc for 12th or ssc for 10th board to 51115. The results will be pushed out automatically to the students as soon as it’s declared.

This year over 12 lakh students took their 10th and over 11 lakh students took their 12th class exam. To help the student community to access web information, txtWeb, a cloud-based global platform which makes content available on any mobile phone through simple SMS has developed these Exam Result apps. With these apps even students without smart phones can experience the joy of getting their results in the quickest possible manner.

Commenting on the apps, Mr. Aminish, Managing Director, txtWeb, said, “The curiosity to check the result is very high amongst student and parent community. Not everyone has access to the internet, these apps allow the student to register in advance and receive the exam result automatically on their mobile via SMS in real time. The aim of these apps is to empower and equip everyone with any information on the go.”

The apps are currently live on Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, Idea and Tata Docomo with charges at 50p or Re 1/SMS.
