Ahmedabad BMW hit and run case: Gujarat HC rejects Vismay’s bail plea

Ahmedabad BMW hit and run case convict Vismay Shah’s bail plea has been rejected by Gujarat High Court.
Lower court had last week given 5-year rigorous imprisonment sentence to Vismay in this case in which two boys on bike hit by Vismay’s BMW car were dead.
Rajendra Shukla, lawyer of victim boy’s parent said, “Vismay is not worth giving liberty. He miused his freedom when he was out on bail. Lalit Gupta turned hostile when Vismay was on bail. Lalit Gupta’s trial is pending. Court has accepted our plea and Vismay’s bail plea has been rejected.”
