This video via Youtube uploaded by ‘Gujarat News’ is in two parts. It contains discussion on Gujarat govt run ‘Gujarat Sahitya Academy’. Some leftist/socialist, Modi critic and anti-BJP/govt activists joined by other neutral authors and poets of Gujarat languages are opposing appointment of retired IAS Bhagyesh Jaha as head of academy. They seek autonomy of academy. They these days ask Gujarati authors/poets to boycott the programmes organized by academy. Leftist/Socialist columnist Prakash N Shah is one of them. He is countered very interestingly by popular humor writer Vinod Bhatt in this discussion which is nice to watch because the anchor person doesn’t intervene much and allows guests to speak.
