Gujarat CM to attend third ODI in Rajkot

Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel will watch the third One-Day International between India and South Africa at the Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA) stadium here on October 18.
SCA is all set to host the third match of five-ODI series of Mahatma Gandhi-Nelson Mandela Freedom Trophy.
“SCA honorary secretary Niranjan Shah had last week visited Gandhinagar to meet the Chief Minister and invited her personally,” Himanshu Shah, Media Manager of SCA, told PTI.
“It is a matter of immense pleasure and privileged for all the SCA members and officials that the Chief Minister would be present at the stadium to watch the match,” he added.
The Chief Minister is expected to be present for the post match prize distribution ceremony also, informed Shah.
