Gujarat CM dedicates developmental works at Modasa

Gujarat Chief Minister Mrs. Anandiben Patel today dedicated various developmental works worth Rs. 64.34 crore including district Seva Sadan at Modasa of Arvalli district. She also performed ground breaking ceremony for various projects worth Rs. 58.67 crore and launched Dudh Sanjivani Yojna for Bhiloda and Meghraj taluka.

On the occasion Mrs. Patel said that the state government has provided drinking water facility, 24X7 electricity under Jyotigram Yojna and health care facilities etc to the people of the state through various schemes and initiatives. She added that state-wide water supply grid has solved the problem of water scarcity. Our government has laid 1,25,000 km long water grid which is much more than the length of great Wall of China and even Indian Railways network, she said.

Mrs. Patel shared that the state government is committed to complete installation of 22 gates by June, 2016 on Narmada Dam. She shared details and pro-people initiatives of the government such as provision of Rs. 10,000 for Mukhya Mantri Gram Sadak Yojna, low interest loan for cattle breeder, Dudh Sanjivani Yojna to eliminate malnutrition etc.

Minister of State for Home Mr. Rajnikant Patel said that Gujarat Government has developed basic facilities across the state and government is taking care of every people of the state. Gujarat has achieved newer heights of development under the able leadership of Mrs. Patel, he said.

On the occasion, Minister of Road and Housing Mr. Nitinbhai Patel, Himmatnagar MLA Mr. Rajendrasinh Chavada, ex-minister Mr. Prafulbhai Patel, V.D. Zala, ex-MLAs Mr. Udaysinh Zala, Bhikhiben Parmar and others were present.
