Complain tweeted to Prabhu at Padadhari, issue resolved at Rajkot

Salaya, Gujarat based journalist Bharatbhai Lal’s son was traveling to Mumbai in train early this week on 14 June. As both fans over his seat were not in working condition, Lal tweeted a complain to Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu. Lal received reply in just four minutes that the issue will be resolved at the next station which was Rajkot. When train reached Rajkot railway station, technician entered the train and corrected the fault. Fans were on. Lal’s feedback was sought by railway soon after this. Lal in his feedback posted a line ‘Desh badal raha hai, Prabhu, desh aage badh raha hai.’
