Sadhus, community leaders to attend Samajik Sadbhav Sammelan at Una on 3rd August

Junagadh: Samajik Samrasta Manch, an arm of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh(RSS) is going to hold ‘Samajik Sadbhav Sammelan’ (social harmony convention) on August 3 at Una town in Saurashtra in presence of religious leaders for the cause of social harmony and peace. Sants from various sects are invited to participate in this gathering from across Gujarat. Among those attending the sammelan is head of western region of RSS Dr Jayantibhai Bhadesia, Gujarat RSS chief Mukeshbhai Malkan, Madhavpriya Swami of SGVP Gurukul, Chharodi in Ahmedabad, Shernath Bapu of Gorakh ashram in Bhavnath, Vijaybapu of Apa Giga place, Durgaddasji Maharaj from Lalji Mandir Sayla and others. The meeting is being called in connection with recent incident of flogging of some persons from Chamar sub-caste of Harijans in Mota Samadhiala village. RSS has earlier in its statement strongly condemned the incident.
