Bharuch: Overflow of Narmada dam this year continued for 34 days and was over on Saturday morning. The overflow has triggered generation of electricity worth oevr Rs 200 crore.

The dam started witnessing overflow on 6 August. The level of water on Saturday in dam was 120.75 meter with steady decrease in measurement of 2 cm per hour.

Over 4 lakh visitors have visited the dam site to see the overflow during hiwhc 5500 million cubic meter water went to sea.
