In pictures: New bus-port of Rajkot, works for which will be launched on April 8

Rajkot: Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation(GSRTC) will rebuild the bus station in Rajkot at a cost of Rs 154 crore. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani will perform ground breaking for new bus port project here on April 8. The new bus port will be standing over 11,000 square meter area. It will have underground parking, CCTV surveillance, shops, airport style sign boards and lot of other public amenities. During the construction of new bus port, buses will be parked at Shastri ground, Greenland chowkdi and at open ground of RMC at Vavdi on Gondal road.
