Surat double murder-rape case: Remand of accused till May 3 allowed

Surat:
A local court here today allowed 12 days remand (up to May 3) of the main accused of the sensational double rape-murder case, Harsh Gurjar who was nabbed from Rajasthan.
Gurjar was produced in the court of lady judge Mamtaben Patel who hears the matters pertaining to POCSO Act, who allowed his remand to the Surat police for further interrogation till May 3.
Gurjar was arrested by Ahmedabad police two days ago and was handed over to Surat police yesterday.
During primary interrogation he has accepted that he had killed the mother first and then the 11 year old daughter whose body he had thrown in Pandesara area on April 6.
