Statue of Unity in final phase of making

Bharuch: World’s tallest statue in making, ‘Statue of Unity’ is in final phase of making. Head of this statue which features iron man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel has been placed over the body. Prime Minister Narendra Modi who as Chief Minister of Gujarat conceived this project will inaugurate the statue on 31st of October, the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The site is likely to be ready completely by 26 October.
