Vadodara: In another case of Love-Jehad, police in Vadodara city has nabbed a Muslim driver for allegedly raping a minor Dalit girl whom he had trapped in his grip through threats, coaxing and blackmailing.

Police today said that Moin Pathan has been booked under various sections of IPC, Pocso act and SC ST prevention of Atrocities act.

The mother of the victim 17 year old girl had lodged a complaint in Makarpura police station of the city last evening. She had alleged that the driver had trapped her daughter since 2 years through coaxing, threatening and blackmailing. He had also raped her thrice.

He was formally arrested today and would be produced in a court here for further remand tomorrow.

He had taken photos and selfies with the minor girl at various places. The girl said that he use to threaten her.
