Gujarat government announces relief to Gujarat Gas consumer industries

Gandhinagar: Due date of payment of bill for second half of March for Gujarat Gas consumers has been extended to May 10. The earlier due date was March 15. Dues can be paid in four fortnightly installments by June 23. Late payment for Gujarat Gas bills will now attract 10% interest instead of existing provision of 18% interest. Minimum Off take Guarantee for April, May and June has been exempted for industries, in order to give relief in payment of minimum fix charge. These decisions taken by State Chief Minister Vijay Rupani were shared by Secretary, CMO, Ashwani Kumar in his daily online briefing today.
