Covid19 updates from Gujarat: Queues for Remdesivir, new Ventilators arrive, CM in Patan

Sabarmati: One long queue was seen outside Zydus hospital in Thaltej area, while another was seen outside Kiran hospital in Surat for purchase of Remdesivir injections today.

Long queues had continued even yesterday throughout the day for Remdesivir injections outside Zydus hospital, in spite of hospital's prior announcement that it was out of stock for a while. In another Covid19 related development, 100 ventilators from Bharat Electronics Limited arrived in Vadodara from Hyderabad for installation at Government and free bed private hospitals.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani is visiting district headquarters Patan in North Gujarat to review preparedness against Covid19 pandemic. Rupani had in last one week paid visits to Surat, Morbi and Rajkot. DeshGujarat
