CAPF doctors, paramedics to serve upcoming 900-bed Covid hospital in Gujarat

New Delhi: On the request of the Gujarat government, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has decided to depute 25 doctors and 75 paramedics from Central Armed Police Forces at upcoming 900-bed COVID hospital of DRDO in Gujarat University Convention and Exhibition Centre, Ahmedabad. The hospital with oxygen and ICU beds facilities is likely to start admitting Covid patients in the last week of this month.
