More oxygen plants inaugurated

Gandhinagar: More oxygen plants are being erected across Gujarat in a mission mode. The Chief Minister had recently said that the State government has target to complete erection of 300 tonne capacity oxygen generating plants.

Baroda Dairy has installed Rs. 52.51 lakh oxygen generating plant at Chhota Udepur based Civil hospital which has capacity to supply oxygen to one thousand patients.

As many as 9 oxygen plants sponsored by Vrajrajkumarji Goswami led Vallabh Youth Organization (VYO) were e dedicated by BJP chief JP Nadda at Desar (Vadodara), Jarod (Vadodara), Vidyanagar (Anand), Bhadran, Surat, Navsari, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar and Junagadh. These plants have been installed through donation of Gopalbhai Kapooria and Kamalbhai Ghadia (LA, USA), VPSS Texas, Nathdwara (Houston, USA), Bharatbhai Raja (London, UK), A Vaishnav from USA, Nileshbhai and Bhavnaben (Australia), Chovis Gam Patel Samaj (Toronto, Canada). VYO has committed sponsorship for 29 oxygen plants. So far total 18 plants are inaugurated. On Wednesday, June 2, VYO sponsored another oxygen plant at Savli will be dedicated.

An oxygen plant at Suigam Community Health Centre was inaugurated by Banas Dair Chairman Shankarbhai Chaudhary through 15th finance commission grant received by Taluka Panchayat.

Along with oxygen plants, many oxygen tanks are also being inaugurated. One such was inaugurated in Central Gujarat town Nadiad. Pairs of Dura tanks have been supplied for installation at talukas such as Tikalvada, Garudeshwar, Dediapada, Sagbara etc. DeshGujarat
