Rajkot: Rajkot District Co-operative Milk Producers Union Limited has declared a pay hike of Rs 20 per kg of fat to the milk producers with effect from 11th September.

The milk producers will get Rs 695 per kg of fat after implementation of this pay hike. The dairy will pay Rs 700 per kg of fat out of which Rs 5 will be kept by the union as administrative charges.

Rajkot District Co-operative Milk Producers Union’s Chairman Gordhanbhai Dhameliya informed that they have provided a pay hike of Rs 50 per kg of fat in a short time span to the milk producers. Around 50 thousand milk producers will benefit from this pay-hike. DeshGujarat
