Six licenses issued for aircraft leasing in GIFT City Gujarat

Gandhinagar: Six aircraft leasing firms have got licenses for aircraft leasing in Gujarat International Finance Tec (GIFT) City Gandhinagar, as per an article of The Indian Express.
The six aircraft leasing firms who received licences to operate from GIFT City are Acumen Aviation, JetSetGo Aviation, Vman Aviation Services, Wels, Rensar Aviation and Millennium Aviation. Acumen Aviation has headquarters in Ireland and the other five are Indian firms. Seven more companies have applied for the licences which are currently being scrutinized, as per a senior official from GIFT city. A special purpose vehicle is formed by each of these companies to operate from GIFT city. The licences are issued by International Financial Services Centre (IFSC). DeshGujarat
