Surat: Actor Akshay Kumar and actress Jacqueline Fernandez arrived at Daman Airport along with the shooting team in the evening yesterday on Monday- 15th November for the shooting of their upcoming film Ram Setu.

The Daman Coast Guard team welcomed them at their arrival. They have arrived there for the shooting of their film Ram Setu at Nargol beach of Umargam and Daman beach. The beach of Sri Lanka was earlier selected for the shooting but the approval wasn’t granted to the production house for the shooting due to covid-19 guidelines of Sri Lanka. Then, the beaches of Daman and Umargam were selected. The shooting of a song and several important parts of the film will take place there. The shooting of the film had remained pending after Akshay Kumar and his team had come out to be infected with covid-19.
