Gujarat Day State level function to take place in Patan on 1st May

Patan: The state-level function of celebration of Gujarat State Foundation Day on 1st May, will take place in Patan this year.
The preparations for the function of Gujarat Gaurav Din are ongoing at present in Patan. The preparation of the police parade and various cultural programs is ongoing at the ground of the Patan college campus. The function will be organised at the university in the presence of Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel and other leaders.
The teams of the Chetak commando, Marine commando, SRP unit, Border range police, Gandhinagar range mahila police, Ahmedabad city traffic police, Ahmedabad city mahila police, Baroda and Surat range mahila police, GRD, homeguard, jail police are preparing for the parade at the function.
The bikers will present stunts at the program. Dog show and horse show are also planned for the function. The practice of the parade is done daily in the morning and evening under the supervision of the nodal officer of the program and Gandhinagar DySP Vijaysinh Parmar. DeshGujarat
