Palanpur: Former BJP MLA Vasant Bhatol will leave Congress party and rejoin the BJP on Monday, 9th of May. Bhatol was BJP MLA from Danta constituency prior to year 2012 assembly election. He had joined opposition Congress in 2012 as he was upset due to denial of BJP ticket to re – contest. Vasant however had not achieved any success in Congress. Vasant’s father Parthi Bhatol had contested Lok Sabha election as Congress candidate from Banaskantha in 2019. However he had remained unsuccessful.  Gujarat is going to witness the general election of the State assembly in December this year. DeshGujarat
