Gujarat CM makes some changes in portfolio allocations in his cabinet

Gandhinagar: Gujarat cabinet witnessed a slight reshuffling today, the official announcement of which is yet awaited.
It is learnt that Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel took away the cabinet rank charge of Revenue department from senior most cabinet minister Rajendra Trivedi. The Chief Minister also took away the cabinet rank charge of Roads and Building department from Purnesh Modi.
The Chief Minister has kept cabinet rank of both portfolios with himself. While Minister of State for Home, Harsh Sanghavi has been given additional charge of Revenue department, the other Minister of State Jagdish Pacnhal has been given additional charge of Roads and Buildings department.
Rajendra Trivedi will continue to have Disaster Management, Law and Justice, Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs portfolios. Purnesh Modi will continue to have Transport, Civil Aviation, Tourism and Pilgrimage Development portfolios.
Harsh Sanghavi has been already the Minister of State for Sports, Youth Service and Cultural Activities, Co-ordination of voluntary organization, Non-resident Gujaratis’ Division, Gruh Rakshak Dal and Gram Rakshak Dal, Civil Defence, Prohibition, Excise, Jail, Border Security (All Independent Charge), Home and Police Housing, Disaster Management (State Minister).
Jagdish Panchal has been already the Minister of State for Cottage Industries, Co-operation, Salt Industries, Protocol (Independent Charge), Industries, Forest, Environment and Climate Change, Printing and Stationary (State Minister)
