Police finds 46 Bullocks dead by suffocation in container in South Gujarat

Valsad: The police found 46 Bullocks in a dead condition stealthily being taken inside a container in Kaprada, Valsad.

Kaprada police had undertaken vehicle checking in Sutharpada village at Kaprada- Nasik road. They stopped a container (RJ 02 GB 3253) going towards Nasik for checking. The driver left the container and escaped from there as soon as the police stopped the container. The police found 46 Bullocks worth Rs 9.2 lakh in a dead condition after opening the container.

There was no space for air entering the container. There was no fodder and water and Bullocks were crowded inside it. The police concluded that the Bullocks died due to suffocation. The police filed a crime against the unidentified driver and those who ordered and delivered the Bullocks. The police seized the container worth Rs 15 lakh.
