List of development works to be kicked off, inaugurated today for AMC areas

Gandhinagar: Several development works including an AC gym and reading hall, library, swimming pool and tennis court are to be inaugurated today while the works on several other development projects are to be kicked off today that also include construction of road with white topping technology.  This technology is believed to be the ultimate cure against potholes. White-topping is a process where the normal black-top roads or the bitumen asphalted roads are cleared and the roads are given a layer of concrete on top. The concrete used is considered more long-lasting and is believed to prevent the formation of potholes.
