Gujarat govt forms committee to investigate the cause of Morbi bridge collapse

Gandhinagar: The Government of Gujarat has formed a five-member committee to investigate into the cause of Morbi hanging bridge collapse. A committee comprises of senior government official Rajkumar Beniwal, KM Patel, Dr. Gopal Tank, Sandeep Vasava and Subhash Trivedi. Beniwal is IAS and Municipal Administration Commissioner, KM Patel is Chief Engineer of Quality Control in Roads and Building department, Dr. Gopal Tank is head of the department in the Structural Engineering department in LD Engineering college in Ahmedabad, Sandip Vasava is secretary of Roads and Building department.
