Over 50 children died in Morbi bridge collapse tragedy

The age of the children who died in the tragedy ranges between 2 years to 16 years. Over 132 deaths are reported so far in Morbi bridge collapse, includes 76 males and 56 females.

The State government has through a Government order waived off the procedure of postmortem for those dead in Morbi bridge collapse. The bridge was 140-year old and was repaired and reopened by a private operator last week. The incident collapse happened last evening at around 6.30 pm. DeshGujarat
