AMC resumes vaccinations at urban health centers

Amdavad: Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, has resumed the vaccination drive in urban health centres from today. After going through a vaccine crunch for about 20 days the civic body received a french stock of 43,000 doses of Covid19 vaccines.
According to Health Department, the union government has sent 25000 doses of Covishield and 18000 doses of Covaxin.
Before going through vaccine shortage the AMC had administered 51.09 lakh first doses and 47.12 lakh second doses to citizens above 18 years of age. A total of 10.52 lakh booster shots were also administered till December 27. DeshGujarat
