Satadhar Char rasta to get Rs. 81 crore over bridge

Ahmedabad: The commuters will get relief from traffic jams on Satadhar Char rasta in Ahmedabad as the AMC (Amdavad Municipal Corporation) has decided to construct an Rs 81.49 crore flyover here. Satadhar Char rasta is located in Gandhinagar Lok Sabha member Amitbhai Shah and Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel’s constituencies. Daily around 70,000 vehicles pass through this stretch.
The bridge shall come up from Sun & Step Club t Satadhar Char rasta in a 975-meter length. A four-lane bridge shall be 16.60 meters wide. Its carriageway or service road shall be 7.50 meters wide. The bridge shall have 3 span approach portion of 35-meter size. Each span shall be 30 meters in size. There will be such 16 spans. The targetted time period of construction shall be 26 months.
As per the proposal, Anana Procon will build this bride for Rs. 81.49 crores. DeshGujarat
