AUDA is set to raise Rs. 1200 crore by selling 17 plots

Amdavad: The Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) has made a decision to sell 17 plots in order to raise Rs 1,200 crore to fund various infrastructure projects.
The plots are situated in various areas, such as Bopal, Chandkheda, Vejalpur, Manipur, and Godhavi. AUDA expects to earn Rs 500 crore from plot sales in the current fiscal year. The plots include both commercial and residential areas.
The highest valued plot is located in Vejalpur, which is worth Rs 270.62 crore, with a size of 9,509 sq m in TP-237, and has a price of Rs 2.84 lakh per sq m.
AUDA will also benefit from the 100% rise in jantri rates, which will lead to an additional Rs 200 crore in revenue. DeshGujarat
