Gujarat govt to employ AI for people-centric administration: Minister

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat government plans to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into administrative governance to enhance the efficient implementation of welfare schemes and improve government functioning.
According to state government spokesperson and health minister Rushikesh Patel, Gujarat has been at the forefront of embracing technology for governance, and AI will now be integrated into the state’s administration.
Speaking to the media on the last day of the Chintan Shibir at Kevadia, Patel informed that there were detailed discussions on the use of artificial intelligence to streamline administration and prioritize the needs of the people. He added that the government is committed to enhancing the capacity of government employees, improving communication efficiency, and implementing a disciplined work culture. DeshGujarat
