Surat: Limbayat police here nabbed the accused Iqbal Taili for allegedly raping a 13-year-old Hindu female after abducting her and enticing her of marriage.

A 13-year-old orphan tribal Hindu female living in Kumbhariya with her maternal uncle went missing from her home a week ago. Her maternal uncle and other relatives started searching for her. They learnt two days ago that she lives with Iqbal Babukhan Taili (age 20) in the Shalimar building in Subhash Nagar in Limbayat. They reached there in the night and found her alone.

Complainants stated that the accused Iqbal allegedly trapped her in a love affair and eloped with her. He then took her to his room and repeatedly raped her after enticing her into marriage. The Victim Hindu girl’s family members filed a complaint at Limbayat police station against the accused Iqbal Taili. The police have nabbed the accused.
