Ahmedabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the first day of his Gujarat visit, is set to unveil a new BJP scarf during a party gathering near Ahmedabad airport today. Gujarat BJP chief C R Paatil disclosed these details at an event in Mehsana district’s Unjha on Monday.

Expressing his delight, Paatil mentioned that he was very happy when Rajni Patel, the BJP general secretary, informed him that Modi Saheb would introduce a new party scarf tomorrow. The scarf to be presented to party members is woven, in contrast to the current one, which is printed. He added that he wouldn’t reveal much about it today but would instruct the district president to distribute the new scarf to all the present workers once it is launched tomorrow.

He went on to say that party members would always remember it as “a scarf inaugurated by PM Modi.” Earlier, the Gujarat BJP unit had introduced a new party cap—a saffron Gandhi topi—in the lead-up to the state elections in March 2022. DeshGujarat
