Surat: The Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) has released a tender seeking project management consultancy (PMC) services here in the district. The PMC’s role will encompass overseeing the development of recreational and eco-tourism elements at the Seaface region of Dumas.

The Dumas Seaface Project encompasses activities like enhancing infrastructure, creating designated sports areas, establishing parking facilities, constructing walkways, and enhancing the overall landscaping. Additionally, the project involves widening roads.

Interested parties should submit their bids by September 29, 2023, as it marks the closing date for bid submissions.

Standing committee of SMC had earlier approved a tender of Rs 174.22 crore for Phase 1 of the Dumas Sea Phase Development project. Phase 1 of the project will include a multilevel mechanized car parking building, a 7000-square-meter kids’ play area, a 1-km long cycle track, and a 1-km long walkway with a marine theme.
