Motera: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the broadcasting plans for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023, emphasizing on an enhanced fan experience that brings them closer to the game than ever before.

The world’s largest Men’s Cricket World Cup is set to commence today with a highly-anticipated rematch of the 2019 final, as New Zealand faces England in Narendra Modi Stadium of Ahmedabad. The tournament will culminate with the Final on November 19th at the world’s largest stadium.

Disney Star, the ICC’s global broadcast partner, along with its licensees, will broadcast all 48 matches worldwide.

In India, Star Sports Network will be the primary destination for fans, as the host nation aims to win the trophy for the first time since 2011 when they co-hosted the tournament with Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Star Sports will not only offer the English world feed but also provide coverage in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. Digital platform Disney+ Hotstar will stream every match live.

In India, a unique vertical feed coverage created by ICC TV, supported by Disney Star, will offer fans a more user-friendly and mobile-friendly viewing experience for all 48 matches, enabling content consumption on the go.

Defending champions England are determined to keep their title, and fans in the UK can watch the live action on Sky Sports Cricket, Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Mix, Sky Showcase, and through the SkyGO and Sky Sports App. Primetime highlights will also be available on Channel 5 and the My5 App for the first time.

In the USA, WillowTV will be the go-to channel for cricket enthusiasts, and coverage will also be accessible through the ESPN+ app. SuperSport and its app will broadcast the matches in South Africa and 52 Sub-Saharan African territories. Australian coverage will be hosted by Fox Sports and Kayo, with select matches on Channel Nine and 9Now. New Zealand viewers can catch Men’s Cricket World Cup matches on Sky Sport NZ.

In the UAE and the entire MENA region, all matches will be live-streamed on STARZPLAY, with broadcast coverage available on CricLife MAX in the UAE.
