VHP Gujarat holds ‘Akshat Kalash Yatra’ ahead of Ram Mandir consecration

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat unit of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) organized ‘Akshat Kalash’ Yatra in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar on Tuesday as part of the preparations for the consecration of the Ram Temple in January next year. VHP is carrying these sacred ‘kalash’ from Ayodhya to various parts of the country.
‘Akshat Kalash’ Yatra in Gujarat started from the Jagannath temple in Jamalpur and proceeded to the VHP office near Mahalaxmi Crossroads. A similar event was also held at the Bharat Mata Mandir in Gandhinagar.
Volunteers who arrived from Ayodhya with the ‘Akshat Kalash’ were warmly received at Shamlaji, Modasa, and Himmatnagar, as stated by Ashok Raval, the state VHP general secretary. DeshGujarat
