Thousands of applicants face delays at Ahmedabad RTO as server faces downtime
December 05, 2023
Ahmedabad: Thousands of people have faced severe inconvenience as the Regional Transport Office (RTO) servers across the city have been experiencing downtime for the last 2-3 days.
In Ahmedabad, the problem of RTO server downtime has persisted for the last four to five days, particularly affecting around four thousand applications for international licenses. Whether it’s Vastral RTO, Subhash Bridge RTO, or Bavla RTO, a significant number of applicants are facing disruptions due to server malfunctions in all three locations. Approximately 3000 applicants are experiencing delays across all three RTOs. Despite ongoing processes in the RTOs, the server issues are causing distress among the people.
People have consistently emphasized the need for the government to address the faults in the online server, improve its functionality, and update the software. However, this matter seems to be overlooked, and the problem persists without proper attention. DeshGujarat
