December 26, 2023
Vadodara: Ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA from Dabhoi, Shailesh Sotta (Shailesh Mehta) has made a demand to declare a public holiday nationwide on 22nd January, so that the people can freely celebrate the occasion of pran pratishtha of newly built Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir.
He said this in reference to various celebrations organized at local levels across the nation in which people would gather to witness the Ram Mandir event live on the big screen.
Meanwhile, on 31st December, a function is organized in Panjrapol in Vadodara in the presence of over 50,000 persons. A 3610 kg 108 ft long eco-friendly incense stick (agarbatti) for Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir, made in Vadodara will leave in a special vehicle for Ayodhya in this function.
It’s worth noting that during the legal battle in the court over the construction of Ram Janmabhoomi mandir, the manuscripts from the Oriental Institute of University played a key role.
A function at Panjrapol will followed by a rally and the start of the social media campaign to write Jay Jay Shri Ram for 11 crore times. A 108 ft long patt with Gayatri Mantra over it will also be showcased in this function. DeshGujarat DeshGujarat
