Vadodara made 108 ft incense stick en route to Ayodhya in a 111 ft truck

Vadodara: A 108-foot-long incense stick from Vadodara is on the way to Ayodhya in a 111-foot-long truck. Made by Gaupalak Vihabhai Bharwad in Vadodara, this 3.5-foot-wide eco-friendly incense stick is made using five types of materials. It is likely to be lit on January 22 to mark the occasion of the inauguration of Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir. As per an estimate, it will continue to burn for one and a half months in a 50-kilometre radius. It departed Vadodara in a function attended by local Lok Sabha MP, MoS Home, among others.

The incense stick has 3000 kg of Gir cow dung, 91 kg of Gir cow ghee, 280 kg of Devdar tree wood, 376 kg of Gugal, 280 kg of Tal, 280 kg of Jav, 370 kg of Kopra crush, and 425 kg of Havan materials.

The route of the truck shall cover Vadodara, Halol, Kalol, Godhra, Shahera, Arvalli, Modasa, Shamlaji, Kherwada, Udaipur, Malvada, Savariya Sheth Mandir, Chittor, Bhilwada, Dadiya, Kishangadh, Jaipur, Ghosa Mahendipur, Balaji Choraya, Bharatpur, Faterpur Sikri, Agra, Lucknow, Itava, Kanpur, Unao, Barabanki, and Ayodhya.
