14-year-old Surat girl donates Rs. 52 lakhs to Ayodhya Ram Mandir

Surat: A fourteen-year-old girl from the city has made a significant donation for the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir in Ayodhya. Bhavika Maheshwari has donated Rs. 52 lakhs to the Ayodhya Ram Temple. The donated amount is from the proceeds of the Ram Katha that she has conducted. Bhavika has conducted over 15 Ram Kathas, starting from the age of 10.

The Surat girl has narrated Ram Katha at several places, including Covid isolation centers and Lajpore Jail. In Lajpore jail, around 3200 inmates had the chance to listen to the Ram Katha by the young orator. The inmates also donated Rs. 1 lakh during her Katha.

Bhavika has also written a book on the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, and had the opportunity to meet the first citizen of our nation. Bhavika has received several accolades, and the name of the book she wrote on President Murmu is ‘Sanghash se Shikhar tak’. DeshGujarat
