Ahmedabad: In a world where snack aisles are dominated by options laden with palm oil and excessive sugars, Vyndo, a brand under the Gujarat headquartered parent company NURAsoi, is launching some clean, nutritious, and healthy snacks. Co-founded by Dietician Komal Patel and Chandan Maloo, Vyndo aims to change the approach to snacking, offering a range of clean snacks without compromising on taste or affordability.
The products being offered by Vyndo are millet-based, superfood-infused, and do not contain any artificial flavors and preservatives. The company also states that they do not use any refined flour or palm oil, and everything is mentioned on the packaging. The snacks offer a taste while being healthy and also help in portion control.
Vyndo’s product range includes bhakris, khakhras, and extruded snacks. These offerings cater to different preferences while maintaining the brand’s commitment to clean and nutritious ingredients. Currently available in India, the UK, and Canada, Vyndo is expanding its reach globally, aiming to make its healthy snacks accessible to a broader audience.
The company, in a note informed, “Vyndo is on a mission to change the way we snack! Especially in a scenario overloaded with snacks bathed in palm oil, sugars, and no essential minerals.”
“Vyndo aims at creating a web by being accessible and affordable so that every stratum of society across age groups picks up a Vyndo snacks packet without harming their bodies,” the company further states.
As per NURAsoi, it is into creating a healthy ecosystem and has recently floated on-the-go snacks in the market that are affordable for all… the concept is to make clean and healthy food available to everyone, not just to a niche class.
Co-founder of NURAsoi, Dt. Komal Patel, has two decades of experience in health and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition, along with a Post-Graduation in Dietetics. Komal’s expertise is further validated by roles such as Brand Nutritionist for the Almond Board of California and being a Life Member of the Indian Dietetics Association.
She expresses her passion as, “I believe a balanced and nutritious diet is everyone’s right, not a luxury. The food landscape has deteriorated individual health, and rectifying this trend is my unwavering commitment.”
Komal empowers individuals struggling with PCOS, diabetes, thyroid issues, and weight management to reclaim their health. Her success is evident in the testimonials of over 10,000 clients and accolades like the Times Health Icon 2019 and the My FM Leadership Award 2020.
The other Co-founder, Chandan Maloo, holds a diploma in management studies and International Business from the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA).
