Gandhinagar Ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has declared 7 more Lok Sabha candidates today in Gujarat.

One of the new names in this list is Dhaval Patel a candidate for the Valsad Lok Sabha seat which is reserved for Schedule Tribe candidates.

Surat-based Dhaval Patel is a renowned name among Right-wing Twitter handles.

Dhaval has been the National Social Media in charge of the BJP Schedule Tribe Morcha. He has authored a book ‘Bharat ke Janjatiya Krantiveer; Swatantrata Sangram ki 75 Ansuni Kahaniya’.

He has a B.Tech from SVNIT Surat and an MBA from Symbiosis Pune. He worked at IBM, Capgemini, and Accenture as a Computer engineer. He also worked in America, Europe, South East Asia, and the Middle East. He left his job in 2021 and started working with BJP.

He is from Zari village of Navsari district originally. He hails from Dhodiya Patel tribal community.
