Ahmedabad: The J Division traffic police on Thursday arrested two men and a transgender individual, all residents of Vatva, after a video of their indecent behavior and reckless driving went viral. In the video, the trio was dangerously riding a scooter between Hatkeshwar and Aavkar Hall Crossroads.

As per the filed FIR with J Division traffic police, the viral video showcased a man driving a scooter with another man and a woman seated opposite each other, allegedly engaging in inappropriate behavior. Using CCTV footage, law enforcement identified the vehicle’s owner, Vishal Dantani, 21, who led them to Vipul Chunara. The woman in the video turned out to be transgender individual Kishan Rajput, also known as Sonia De.

The police booked them for reckless driving, aiding and abetting, under Sections 279 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 177, 184, and 181(3) of the Motor Vehicles Act, and for acts of indecency under Sections 110 and 117 of the Gujarat Police Act. DeshGujarat
