The incident according to Congress party is from Parthampur village of Santrampur in Dahod Lok Sabha constituency.
Congress candidate Dr. Prabhaben Taviyad has approached the district administration of Mahisagar over this video of one Vijay Bhabhor. Vijay is son of BJP leader Ramesh Bhabhor. He can be seen speaking abusive words about election official (possibly presiding officer). In the video, Vijay boats himself as one and only leader. He makes claim that he can take EVM to home even.
