ACB Gujarat book retired Class-2 officer in Disproportionate Asset case

Gandhinagar: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Gujarat has booked Rajesh Dholakia, a retired Class-2 Deputy Superintendent Engineer of the Road & Building department, under a Disproportionate Assets (DA) case.
Dholakia held this post in Limdi, Surendranagar from April 1, 2009, to March 31, 2019. Upon investigation, the ACB found that despite an income from legal sources amounting to Rs. 4.97 crore, Dholakia possessed disproportionate assets totaling Rs. 3.31 crore in his and his family members’ names, which exceeds his legal income by 66.60%.
