July 10, 2024
Vadodara: ChargeZone has installed a high-speed 60 KW electric vehicle charging station at Vadodara Airport. The station allows two EV cars to charge simultaneously in 40 to 45 minutes using its dual guns feature.
The ChargeZone app, available on the Play Store, enables users to manage the charging of their EV cars. This station features a CCS2-type connector, making it compatible with any EV car. ChargeZone founder Kartikey Hariyani mentioned that they aim to provide faster, better, and more convenient facilities for EV car users.
Fire buckets have also been placed for the safety of users. The EV users will not have to pay parking charges while their vehicles are being charged.
MP Dr. Hemang Joshi and Vadodara Airport Director Pradeep Dobariya attended the installation event. Moreover, ChargeZone plans to invest USD 360 million over four years to expand its EV charging network, targeting electric buses, trucks, and personal mobility vehicles nationwide. DeshGujarat
